Bank Asia PLC has inaugurated ten Islamic Banking Windows simultaneously across the country on the occasion of the 17th anniversary of its Islamic Banking Services.
The inauguration ceremony was held at Bank Asia Tower, Karwan Bazar, Dhaka recently, says a press release.
Deputy Managing Director of the bank Mr. Arequl Arefeen, along with other Deputy Managing Directors and distinguished guests, formally inaugurated the ten Islamic Banking Windows.
Former Chairman of the Shariah Supervisory Committee Mufti Shahed Rahmani, former Member Secretary Mawlana Shah Mohammad Wali Ullah, Faqih Member Mawlana Mohammad Mofazzal Hussain Khan and Dr. Mawlana Muhammad Ismail Hussain attended the program as honorable guests. Head of Islamic Banking and other department heads of the bank were also present at the event. In addition, Heads of Islamic Banking Windows, Branch Managers and other officials from different branches joined the program virtually.
