Pry school teacher recruitment exam postponed

The government primary school assistant teacher recruitment examination, scheduled for January 2, has been postponed in observance of the National Mourning Day.

Director General of the Directorate of Primary Education Abu Nur Md Shamsuzzaman confirmed the postponement at 6:29PM on Tuesday (December 30).

While January 9 is being discussed as a possible new date, the authorities said the rescheduled date has not yet been finalized.
He said the examination slated for January 2 was deferred due to the National Mourning Day and that an announcement on the new date would be made soon.

The official added that no final decision has been taken yet, although January 9 remains under consideration as a tentative date for holding the exam.
