Bengal Islami Life Insurance Limited has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Havas Group Bangladesh, an enterprise of Impress Group, marking the beginning of a strategic collaboration between the two organizations.
The MoU signing ceremony took place at the Head Office of Bengal Islami Life Insurance Limited, Aziz Bhaban (5th Floor), 93 Motijheel C/A recently, says a press release.
The ceremony was attended by representatives from both organizations. Representing Bengal Islami Life Insurance Limited were KaziSamirul Hoque, Director; M. M. Monirul Alam, Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer; Shamsul Islam, EVP and Chief Financial Officer; Mohammad Alamgir Kabir, Chief Operating Officer; and Shakhawat Hossain, Senior Vice President.
From Havas Group Bangladesh, Mazharul H. Chowdhury, Group Managing Director; Tasmin Shahadot Dora, Director - Planning; along with other senior officials, were present at the signing ceremony.
Under the terms of the MoU, both organizations will collaborate in the areas of brand development, strategic communication, and other mutually beneficial initiatives. This partnership aims to strengthen customer engagement and support the long-term growth and brand positioning of Bengal Islami Life Insurance Limited.
