NRBC Bank concludes foundation training course

NRBC Bank has successfully concluded a 15-day Foundation Training Course for its officials. The closing ceremony of the training program, organized by the Human Resource Training and Development Centre (HRTDC), was held at the bank's Head Office recently, says a press release.

Md. Ali Hossain Prodhania, the Chairman of NRBC Bank, attended the program as the chief guest. Among others present at the ceremony were the Head of HRTDC, Ms. Fahmida Chowdhury, and the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), Mr. Faisal Ahmed.

Speaking on the occasion, Chairman Mr. Md. Ali Hossain Prodhania stated that as a financial institution, bank officials must always perform their duties by safeguarding the interests of depositors. In this regard, maintaining corporate governance and the highest ethical standards is essential. He emphasized that integrity, transparency, and accountability are critically important for sustainable development in the banking sector.

He further noted that there is no alternative to human resource development in order to remain aligned with modern banking systems, technological advancements, and regulatory frameworks. The Chairman urged the trained officials to enhance their professional skills and competencies to effectively face the challenges of the ever-changing financial sector.
