
Ingredients:
* Semolina- 1 cup (optional you can mix in half a gram of boiled and cleaned rice for texture)
* Sugar - 34 cup (adjust according to taste)
* Ghee - 14 cup
* Water - 2 cups
* Milk - 12 cup (optional, for a creamier texture)
* Saffron - 6-8 strands, soaked in 2 tbsp; of milk
* Cardamom powder - 14 tsp
* Almonds - 8-10, chopped
* Cashews - 8-10, chopped
* Pistachios - 8-10, chopped

Method:
1. In a small bowl, soak the saffron strands in milk.
2. Heat ghee in a pan or skillet. Once hot, add the semolina and roast on medium heat until it turns light brown and aromatic.(Optional you can also add half a gram of boiled, cleaned rice with the semolina for extra texture and flavor.)
3. In a separate pot, heat water and milk together.
4. Once slightly hot, slowly pour it over the roasted semolina while stirring continuously to avoid lumps.
5. Stir in the sugar. Add the soaked saffron along with the milk.
6. Sprinkle in the cardamom powder.
7. Add the chopped almonds, cashews, and pistachios.
8. Stir for another 2-3 minutes until the halwa becomes slightly glossy with ghee.
9. Garnish with a few saffron strands and some nuts on top.
