Laxmipur's Raipur Upazila Health Complex is in a sorry state due to shortage of staff and beds.
The hospital RMO Dr Baharul Alam said they are providing the services with a small number of physicians, nurses and other staffs.
Some staff have joined work after making recovery from coronavirus while some are still in quarantine, he said.
Raipur upazila health and family planning officer Dr Jakir Hossain said the number of patients is overflowing. In the last four days, more than 200 patients came to get admission in the 50-bed hospital.
