Amir Khasru gets bail in 2 more out of 4 cases

BNP standing committee member Amir Khasru Mahmud Chowdhury was granted bail in two more cases out of four in connection with series of clashes between police and BNP men centring the BNP rally on October 28 last year in Dhaka.

The court fixed the day after tomorrow (Wednesday) for further hearing on the bail petitions in two other cases filed with Paltan and Ramna police stations.

Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Md Tofazzal Hossain passed the order on Sunday after hearing on the four bail petitions.

With  this two cases, Amir Khasru obtained  bail in eight cases out of total ten cases filed regarding BNPs rally on October 28 last year.

On Thursday the same court fixed Sunday for bail hearing in four sabotage cases filed against BNPs decision making level leader Amir Khasru following his lawyer Adv Joinal Abedin Mejbah submitted eight bail petitions. On that date the court granted bail in four cases.
