On the occasion of National Agriculture Day-2023, a lab was inaugurated in the Agriculture Department at Noakhali University of Science and Technology and a wreath was placed at the mural of Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman.
Professor Dr Md Didar-ul-Alam, Vice-Chancellor of university, inaugurated the lab as the chief guest in the program organized by the Department of Agriculture on Wednesday.
Professor Dr Atiqur Rahman Bhuyan, Dean of the Faculty of Science and Chairman of the Department of Agriculture, presided over the programme where Pro-Vice-Chancellor Professor Dr Mohammad Abdul Baki was present as a special guest.
At that time, Professor of Agriculture Department Dr Gazi Mohsin, Provost of Freedom Fighter Abdul Malek Ukil Hall Dr Mehedi Hasan Rubel, Deputy Registrar Mohammad Jasim Uddin, Deputy Registrar Khaled Mehedi Hasan were present, among others.
