Two die of dengue in Bogura

Two persons died of dengue fever in Shaheed Ziaur Rahman Medical College Hospital (SZMCH) in Bogura district from Sunday night to Monday morning.

The deceased were identified as Ekramul Haque Talukder Bablu, 68, a resident of Shalgram Sardarpara village under Adamdighi upazila, and Mini Beguma, 55, of Nagarpara village under Sonatola upazila of the district.
SZMCH Deputy Director Abdul Wadud confirmed the death matter and said a total of 572 patients of dengue fever are undergoing treatment at the hospital and 26 more persons were admitted on Monday.

According to Bogura Civil Surgeon officials, a total of seven people, including the duo, died of dengue fever from July to September month of this year.
