A case was filed with Sreepur Police Station in Gazipur on Tuesday night against two teenage boys for circulating rape video on facebook.
According to the case statement, the 12-year-old victim and the accused teenagers –14 and 15-year-old—live with their families in rented houses in Mawna intersection area.
The accused called the girl at a room on May 11 where one the teenager raped the girl and another recorded it on his mobile phone.
They threatened the girl of circulating the recorded video if she disclose the matter to anyone.
The teenager boys circulated the video clip on social media on Wednesday night.
The victim’s father filed the case at night.
Police could not arrest the accused as they went into hiding.
