Mobile internet restored

After 10 days of outage, 4G internet restored in the country at 3PM on Sunday.

Earlier in the day, State Minister for ICT Zunaid Ahmed Palak informed that 5GB bonus will be given for free to all users for three days.

But decision on social media platforms--Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok--on 31 July.

Internet connectivity across the country was disrupted from the night of July 17 following the violence over Quota Reform Movement.

Meanwhile, the broadband internet services have been partially restored since July 23.
