There will be no transaction at banks and financial institutions across the country as the bank holiday on December 31.
Two stock markets will also remain close on Tuesday.
But important branches of the banks will remain open, but no transaction will be held.
During bank holidays, no transactions are conducted by Bangladesh Bank, any bank to bank, or bank customers.
