Youth electrocuted in Kishoreganj

A young man was electrocuted at Hossainpur uapzila in Kishoreganj district on Friday morning.

Deceased was Naeem Miah, 22, son of Aminul Islam, a resident of Kawna area under Araibaria union of the upazila.

It was learnt that Naeem came in contact with an electric wire while he was working in a field, leaving him dead on the spot.

Later, locals rescued him from the spot.
