SYLHET, Jan 22 : Chief Justice SK Sinha on Friday said Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina is one of the 10 best heads of government in the world.
"She (Sheikh Hasina) is compared with the statesmen credited with creating Model Singapore and Model Malaysia," he said.
The Chief Justice was addressing a function marking the distribution of awards among successful teachers and students of Madan Mohan College on the occasion of its Diamond Jubilee.
Earlier on Thursday, the Prime Minister inaugurated the Diamond Jubilee celebrations of the college and announced to nationalise it.
SK Sinha also expressed his gratitude to the Prime Minister for her announcement to nationalise the college.
Observing that Bangladesh is moving ahead in the fields of knowledge, science, technology and economy under the leadership of Sheikh Hasina, he urged all to get united so that the success is sustained.    ?UNB
