RAB seizes foreign liquor from Erfan Salim's house

Members of Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) in a raid on Monday seized foreign liquor and bear from the house of Erfan Salim, a ward councillor and son of Haji Salim MP.

Besides, a huge number of walkie talkies, electronic device and a firearm were also recovered from a bedroom of the house.

The raid, led by executive magistrate Sarwar Alalm, is being conducted till filing of this report around 5pm.

The drive was conducted following filing of a case against Erfan and six others for assaulting a navy official in the city on Sunday night.
