Bangladesh floods Bhutans net 6-0

Bangladesh easily won over Bhutan by 6-0 in the third match of the group round in the SAFF Under-16 Girls Championship 2024 on Friday in Nepal. Although the match was not important, Bangladesh finished the round in good mode after winning it.
 
It was definitely a one-sided match on the day at the All-Nepal Football Association Complex in Lalitpur.

Bangladesh was already in the final after winning the first two matches of the round, the first one against the host Nepal by 2-0 and the second one against India by 3-1. Now, the big margin 6-0 win against Bhutan was a bonus.
It was, indeed, the perfect match for Bangladesh to play pressure-free. But the Bangladesh coach played the best XI to keep them in the game and continue the spirit. A good choice or what, the girls gifted him a big-margin win.

Unsurprisingly, the girls in red and green had dominated in all the departments throughout the match. Bhutan was no match for the superior opponent there. On the day, Bangladesh scorers Sauravi Akanda Prity found the net twice while Fatema Akter, Kranuching Marma, Sathi Munda, and Thuinuye Marma rocked the post once each.

At this moment, Prity is holding the top scorer status scoring the highest five goals in the tournament.

Bangladesh will play the final of the tournament against India on Sunday at 3:15 pm at the same venue.
