All the court proceedings of the Appellate Division and High Court division of the Supreme Court will remain closed on Sunday to show respect of the late former attorney general and Bangladesh Nationalist Party chairperson adviser AJ Muhammad Ali.
No hearing will be held after 11am at the Appellate and High Court Divisions.
Chief Justice Obaidul said, "The lawyers will get a chance only to mention their case today. The Appellate Division will sit till 10:30am and the HC till 11am for that purpose."
Muhammad Ali breathed his last on May 2 while receiving treatment at Mount Elizabeth Hospital in Singapore.
He had been suffering from prostate cancer for a long period.
