Two skydivers died after colliding midair during landing in California, United States, on Friday (November 6).
The collision occurred about 45 metres (148 feet) above the ground in the Lake Elsinore area, causing their parachutes to become entangled, The New York Times reported.
Both skydivers suffered critical injuries and were taken to hospital, where they later died during treatment. Their identities have not been released.
A spokesperson for Skydive Elsinore said the accident occurred during a women-only training camp organised by the company.
