While the overall pass rate for the board stands at 61.07%, Tamirul Millat Kamil Madrasa in Tongi, Gazipur, has achieved a near-perfect success rate. Out of 1,407 students from the institution who appeared for the 2026 Alim examination, 1,403 passed, with only four students failing.

The published results indicate a pass rate of 99.72% for the institution, 38.65% points higher than the board's overall pass rate.

In this year’s examination, 464 students from the institution secured a GPA-5. An equal number of students, 232 from each of the Science and General streams, achieved this top grade.

Regarding other grades, 761 students earned an 'A', 131 received an 'A-', 37 received a 'B', and 10 got a 'C'.

Despite this near-perfect pass rate, the number of students achieving a GPA-5 has slightly dipped compared to last year. Dr. Hifzur Rahman, the principal of the institution, stated that they would review every aspect of the results and take initiatives to further improve the quality of education.

He noted that although the number of GPA-5 achievers is slightly lower this year, they remain positive about the overall results. Achieving a 99.72% pass rate, especially when the board's overall pass rate is relatively low, is a significant accomplishment, made possible by the dedication and collective hard work of the teachers, students, and parents.

The principal further emphasized that the institution’s goal extends beyond merely securing good grades; it aims to ensure that students acquire genuine knowledge and become well-prepared for higher education. In addition to maintaining regular instruction and ensuring educational quality, the institution intends to identify areas for improvement based on the current results and take necessary steps for future progress.

On the other hand, Moinul Islam, Vice President of the Tamirul Millat Central Students' Union, stated that although the number of students achieving a GPA-5 has decreased slightly, Tamirul Millat’s overall performance remains commendable when compared to the board's general results. Both the pass rate and the number of students securing the highest grade highlight the institution's consistent success.

In this year’s results, Tamirul Millat Kamil Madrasa has not only maintained a high pass rate but has also demonstrated its strong standing relative to the board's overall results, with a large number of students achieving a GPA-5.
