Jamalpur police award officers for Sept performance

Jamalpur district police have awarded officers and members for their performance in September.

The awards were handed over at the district police’s monthly welfare meeting held at the Police Lines Drill Shed on Sunday morning.

The meeting was chaired by Superintendent of Police Farhana Yasmin.

Additional Superintendents of Police Morsheda Khatun (Administration and Finance) and Yahia Al Mamun (Crime and Operations), Additional Superintendent of Police for Dewanganj Circle Jonaid Afrad, Assistant Superintendent of Police for Madarganj Circle Mostafizur Rahman Bhuiyan, Medical Officer Dr Rehena Jannat, officers-in-charge and investigation officers from all police stations, in-charges of police outposts and investigation centres, traffic and court inspectors, police personnel and civil staff attended the meeting.

The meeting reviewed progress on decisions taken to address problems and applications raised at the previous meeting. Participants also discussed and made decisions on resolving issues raised in applications submitted by police personnel during the current month.

Later, Superintendent of Police Farhana Yasmin handed over awards to officers and members in different categories based on their September performance, following the uniform evaluation criteria set by Police Headquarters.
