Janata Bank's website hit by cyberattack

The website of Janata Bank has come under cyberattack despite being taken offline as a precaution.

The bank’s IT team is working after spam was found in at least two places on the website.

The website remained inaccessible as of 11:30AM on Sunday.

A senior official from the bank’s IT department said that the bank had found signs of two cyberattacks on its website and was working to fix the damage.
