An unidentified woman was found unconscious behind the One Stop Emergency Centre (OSEC) of Dhaka Medical College Hospital (DMCH) on Monday morning and was later declared dead by doctors.

She was rescued around 8:30 AM on October 19 and rushed to the hospital's emergency department, where the on-duty doctors declared her dead.

DMCH emergency department ward master Md Shipon Mia said, "they found the woman lying unconscious behind the OSEC around 8am. They then informed the hospital police camp and, with police assistance, took her to the emergency department."
