Fardin Ehsan Swadhin, son of Dhallywood star couple Omar Sani and Moushumi, has threatened legal action against Facebook pages allegedly spreading misleading information about his mother, giving them 24 hours to remove the content.
In a Facebook post published early Wednesday (October 14), Fardin warned that he would send legal notices and file lawsuits if the pages failed to comply with the deadline.
“My mother is the crown of my head,” he wrote, expressing anger over what he described as misinformation targeting his family.
Fardin also shared screenshots of two Facebook pages that he accused of circulating misleading content about his parents and their family. He attached a video link to the post, but the video was no longer available when the link was checked.
Earlier, claims circulated on social media alleging that Fardin had transferred the family's properties into his own name and forced his mother out of a house in the United States.
Omar Sani dismissed the allegations as false and baseless. He said Fardin currently lives in Dubai, while Moushumi is in the United States, adding that the family owns no property there.
The actor later shared his son's Facebook post on his own timeline and thanked him for speaking out against the alleged misinformation.
It remains unclear whether the Facebook pages concerned will remove the content within the 24-hour deadline.
