Egypt, Pakistan FMs discuss regional tensions

Egyptian Foreign Minister Badr Abdelatty and Pakistani Foreign Minister Mohammad Ishaq Dar have discussed ways to ease regional tensions and strengthen coordination ahead of an upcoming meeting of Organisation of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) foreign ministers.

The two ministers held a phone conversation to discuss regional developments, according to a post on X by Abdelatty on Wednesday (October 14).

The discussion focused on de-escalating tensions and enhancing joint coordination ahead of the upcoming OIC foreign ministers’ meeting.
