Russian strikes killed two people and injured several others across Ukraine on Friday as Moscow intensified attacks ahead of winter, officials said.
In the Zaporizhzhia region, a man was killed and five people, including a child, were injured. Another man was killed in Ivano-Frankivsk, while three people were injured in a strike on warehouse facilities in the Kyiv region, Ukrainian officials said.
The latest attacks followed deadly Russian strikes that killed dozens of civilians over the past three days. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy urged NATO members to provide additional military assistance, including air defence systems and ammunition, as winter approaches.
Meanwhile, Ukrainian drone attacks damaged two data centres operated by Russian technology company Yandex in separate incidents. Russia's Defence Ministry said its air defences intercepted 505 Ukrainian drones between late Thursday and early Friday.
