
Bollywood actress Sunny Leone has spoken about how her past affected her personal and professional life, including how her brother benefited from her growing popularity.
In a documentary about her life, Sunny revealed that although her parents were unhappy with her career at the time, her brother found a way to make some pocket money from her fame.
According to Sunny, her brother’s friends would often ask for her autographs. He would collect the autographs from her and sell them to his friends for money.
Sunny, whose real name is Karenjit Kaur Vohra, grew up in Ontario, Canada, in a Punjabi family. She holds Canadian and American citizenship.
She gained wider recognition in India after appearing on the reality show ‘Bigg Boss’. She later made her Bollywood debut with Pooja Bhatt’s ‘Jism 2’.
Sunny has since appeared in films including ‘Shootout at Wadala’, ‘Ragini MMS 2’ and ‘Hate Story 2’.
