Press briefing on PM's UN visit set for today

A press conference will be held on Wednesday (September 30) at 3:30 PM to brief the media on Prime Minister Tarique Rahman's participation in the 81st session of the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) and his overall visit to New York.

The event will take place at 'Karabi Hall' inside the Prime Minister's Office in Tejgaon, according to a press release issued by the Prime Minister's Press Wing.

Mahdi Amin, Advisor and Spokesperson to the Prime Minister's Office, Saleh Shibly, Press Secretary and Spokesperson to the PMO, and Atiqur Rahman Rumon, Additional Press Secretary to the Prime Minister, will address the journalists during the briefing.

During his four-day official visit to New York, the Prime Minister participated in 30 formal events, including bilateral meetings with heads of state and government from 11 nations alongside various UNGA engagements.
