Deepika shares special reflections on motherhood

Bollywood actress Deepika Padukone is quietly working on a special project inspired by her experiences of early motherhood, following the birth of her second daughter.

Deepika and her husband Ranveer Singh welcomed their second daughter on September 19, nearly two years after the birth of their first daughter, Dua. The couple shared the news with their fans on social media.

According to reports in Indian media, the actress’s experience of raising two children has inspired the new initiative, although she has yet to reveal details of the project publicly. She is reportedly working on it with Savika Patni, who has experience in healthcare and consumer businesses in India and the United States, with a recent focus on women’s health and mother-and-child wellbeing.

Deepika has also continued to balance motherhood with her professional commitments. She is set to appear in Shah Rukh Khan-starrer King and Allu Arjun’s Raaka.
