The tyrannical rain will not stop, falling without respite all day long.
Has the sky sprung a leak, or have clouds engulfed the entire world?
No sunlight wanders this way either- only the tap-tap terror of rain, dripping without end.
Whenever we try to step outside, wind and rain surge against us, the streets drowned beneath the water.
Is today’s routine sinking into the mud? A hundred anxious questions beat inside the heart.
At evening, by the river, in the park- sunlight mingling with a ride on the little mechanical boats...
O willful rain, now restrain your urge, your relentless desire to fall.
Let the two of us sit at a fuchka table, and set free countless sparks from all the words we have never said.
