NCC Bank has signed a group insurance agreement with MetLife Bangladesh To strengthen employee welfare, financial protection, and future security.
Under this, employees will receive three levels of coverage-life insurance, hospitalization, and critical illness. The initiative aims to provide financial support in the event of unexpected life and health risks.
Recently, at a ceremony, M. Shamsul Arefin, Managing Director of NCC Bank and Ala Ahmad, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of MetLife Bangladesh, signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organizations at a ceremony held recently.
Among others, Mohammed Mizanur Rahman FCA, Deputy Managing Director & CFO, Rishad Hossain, Head of Human Resources, and Shahin Akter Nuha, Head of Transaction Banking & Cash Management of NCC Bank and Md. Jafar Sadeque Chowdhury, Additional Managing Director & CDO, Ala Uddin, Deputy Managing Director & CFO, Mohammad Kamruzzaman, Assistant Managing Director & CCBO of MetLife Bangladesh along with other high officials from both the organizations were also present on the ceremony.
