Homeopathic doctor hacked to death in Natore

A 60-year-old homeopathic doctor was hacked to death outside his clinic at Chandpur Bazar under Natore Sadar upazila on Wednesday (September 2).

The deceased was identified as Anarul Islam, a resident of Dasmaria under Puthia upazila in Rajshahi.

According to locals, Anarul was found lying in a pool of blood at the market. He was rushed to Natore Modern Sadar Hospital, where doctors declared him dead.

Several sharp-weapon injuries were found on his chest, back and head. Dr Moinul Haque said he may have died from the injuries and excessive bleeding.
