The Bangladesh Madrasa Education Board has warned students and guardians against fraudsters collecting Dakhil examination information and submitting online admission applications without their consent.

The warning was issued in a notice signed by the board's Registrar Professor SM Touhiduzzaman on Tuesday.

The board said online admission for Alim and Class XI for the 2026-27 academic year began on September 2. However, some fraudsters collect students' Dakhil pass information from students and guardians and use it to submit online admission applications without their permission.

The board urged students, guardians and all concerned to remain vigilant and advised them to use their own active mobile numbers to complete the admission process.

It said strict legal action would be taken if fraud allegations against any individual or organisation are proven.

The board also warned that if such allegations against any educational institution are proven, its admission panel or server may be shut down and academic activities suspended.
