The International Crimes Tribunal (ICT) on Sunday published the full verdict of Abu Sayeed killing case, keeping the death sentence of two former police members upheld.

The verdict confirmed capital punishment for Assistant Sub-Inspector Amir Hossain and Constable Sujan Chandra Roy.

The International Crimes Tribunal-2 released the judgement in details.

According to prosecution sources, the certified copy of the full judgment, signed by the judges of Tribunal-2, was issued on June 11 and subsequently submitted to the office of the Chief Prosecutor. The prosecution will now review the verdict to decide whether any party will file an appeal.

On April 9, a three-member International Crimes Tribunal-2, presided over by Justice Nazrul Islam Chowdhury, pronounced the verdict.
