More than 20 killed in Tehran’s Niloufar Square attack

More than 20 people were killed in an Israeli attack on Tehran’s Niloofar Square, Iran’s Mehr news agency reported, as explosions were heard across the capital.

Iranian media said strikes hit multiple areas, including eastern and western parts of the country, and reported damage to civilian buildings.

An Iranian official said children were among those killed in a strike on a school in the south.
