DU announces 10-day Eid vacation

Dhaka University (DU) will observe a 10-day holiday from 25 Ramadan on the occasion of Shab-e-Qadr, Jamat-ul-Bida and Eid-ul-Fitr, the university's registrar confirmed.

The holiday will run from March 15 to March 25, according to the university's academic calendar, Registrar Munshi Shams Uddin Ahmad said.

Speaking on Thursday afternoon, he said the Eid-ul-Fitr vacation would begin as per the dates specified in the academic calendar.
