Dear Sir,
Nowadays, obtaining a driving license has become an extremely important matter. It is not merely a piece of paper; it symbolizes a person's self-reliance, employment opportunities, and daily life independence.
Yet, this essential service has become a source of silent suffering and frustration for many. Recently, due to procedural complexities, unnecessary travel, brokerage networks, and irregularities, ordinary citizens are facing various obstacles in obtaining a license. The public hardship has reached such an extreme level that it is no longer limited to mere inconvenience, it now appears to undermine good governance, public service, and justice.
Therefore, I urge the Bangladesh Road Transport Authority and the concerned authorities to ensure transparency, punctuality, and the elimination of broker networks in the driving license process.
