Noakhali-6: Hannan Masud leads in Hatia

Preliminary results from Noakhali-6 (Hatia) constituency show 11-party alliance candidate Abdul Hannan Masud in the lead.

According to the Assistant Returning Officer’s office, Hannan Masud has secured 44,901 votes from 50 polling centres counted so far. His nearest rival, Mahbubur Rahman Shamim of the Dhanshish (BNP) symbol, has received 25,328 votes.

Hatia upazila, comprising 11 unions and one municipality, has a total of 339,184 registered voters. Voting in this constituency took place across 104 polling centres. Counting of votes is ongoing.
