SC allows 3 BNP candidates to contest polls

The Appellate Division of the Supreme Court on Tuesday ruled that three BNP candidates, who faced allegations of loan default and dual citizenship,can contest the election in the Dhaka-11, Cumilla-3 and Bogura-1 constituencies.

A hearing, regarding the issue, was held in the bench of the Appellate Division headed by the Chief Justice Zubayer Rahman Chowdhury on Tuesday.
