Jamaat-e-Islami Ameer Dr Shafiqur Rahman on Saturday urged the youth voters to be ready to snatch the desired victory of the people.

While talking to reporters after visiting Abu Sayeed's grave at Babanpur village of Rangpur's Pirganj upazila this morning, the Jamaat Ameer said he has vowed to continue to fight to realize the dreams of all martyrs, including Abu Sayeed, the first martyr in the 2024 Mass Uprising.

He paid rich tribute to martyr Abu Sayeed's sacrifice and courage, expressed his condolences to the bereaved family and inquired about their overall well-being.

''We want to move forward with everyone to build a Bangladesh of justice, fairness and accountability to fulfil the aspirations of the people and all martyrs, InShaAllah.''

Aiming at the young voters, Dr. Shafiqur Rahman said, "I promise the youth that if Allah grants us the 'Tawfeeq', we will build the Bangladesh of your expectations, InShaAllah."
Urging the youth to get ready to achieve the desired results in the next election, the Jamaat leader said, "Get ready, let your vote be a reflection of the next election, you will vote as you like. No one can tamper with your vote."

From Abu Sayeed's grave and talking to his family members, the Jamaat Ameer left for Palashbari upazila town in Gaibandha by road to attend an election rally there.
