Court orders further probe in Hadi murder case, CID report due by Jan 20

A Dhaka court has directed Criminal Investigation Department (CID) to conduct further investigation into the murder of Shaheed Sharif Osman bin Hadi, spokesperson of Inqilab Moncho and submit its findings by January 20.

The order was issued on Thursday afternoon (January 15) by Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Jashita Islam’s court in Dhaka.

The development was confirmed by Mia Mohammad Ashis bin Hasan, Deputy Commissioner of Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) Prosecution Division.
