SONARGAON, NARAYANGANJ, Dec 22: For the upcoming national election, leaders of the BNP from Sonargaon and Siddhirganj have collected the nomination paper on behalf of the party's nominated candidate for Narayanganj-3 (Sonargaon-Siddhirganj) constituency.
The candidate is Azharul Islam Mannan, President of Sonargaon Upazila BNP.
They collected the nomination paper from Sonargaon Upazila NIrbahi Officer and Assistant Returning Officer Asif Al Zinat on Monday.
Those present during the collection included former acting convener of Narayanganj District BNP Monirul Islam Ravi, Sonargaon Upazila BNP General Secretary Mosharraf Hossain, former councillor and General Secretary of Narayanganj Metropolitan Women's Wing Ayesha Akter Dina, Sonargaon Upazila BNP Senior Vice-President Kazi Nazrul Islam Titu, Vice-President Md. Rafiqul Islam, Joint Secretary Ataur Rahman, Organising Secretary Md. Nizamuddin, Publicity Secretary Selim Hossain Dipu, Municipal BNP President Shahjahan Mia, Senior Joint Secretary Sadiqur Rahman Sentu, and other leaders from various levels of the party.
Leaders and activists stated that under the leadership of party candidate Azharul Islam Mannan, the BNP will participate in the election in Narayanganj-3 constituency unitedly. With public support, they aim to achieve victory and remain dedicated to serving the country.
