DUCSU holds protest over attempted killing of Osman Hadi

Dhaka University Central Students’ Union (DUCSU) held a protest rally on Friday evening to condemn the shooting of Sharif Osman Hadi.

The rally began at around 6:00 PM in front of DUCSU premises, proceeded through various campus roads and concluded with a brief assembly in front of the vice-chancellor’s house.

DUCSU AGS Mohiuddin Khan described Osman Hadi’s struggle as inseparable from their own, noting that his fight in July mirrors their ongoing fight.
He also expressed hope for Hadi’s swift recovery.
