Nahid Islam visits Osman Hadi at DMCH

Jatiya Nagarik Party (NCP) convener Nahid Islam visited Osman Hadi, spokesperson of Inquilab Mancha and independent candidate for Dhaka-8, at Dhaka Medical College Hospital (DMCH) on Friday evening.

Earlier, Hadi was shot at around 2:25 PM while campaigning.

According to eyewitnesses, assailants on a motorcycle opened fire at Hadi before fleeing the scene. He was immediately admitted to the hospital’s emergency department.
Inquilab Mancha member Md Sarwar said that they usually visit mosques in Dhaka-8 to carry out election campaigns every Friday, and the last conversation between them was around 11:30 AM.

Another member, Israfil, requested everyone to pray for his recovery, as he is currently undergoing treatment and is in surgery.
