Hemi Hossain receives Oxford Leadership Award 2025

Visionary entrepreneur and leadership strategist Hemi Hossain has been honoured with the Oxford Leadership Award 2025 for his global impact and contribution to leadership development. The award was presented on Wednesday at the University of Oxford.

Born in Bangladesh, Hemi migrated to Australia 25 years ago and built a remarkable career in business and leadership. He is the Founder and CEO of NeXgen Global Group, a multinational enterprise spanning education, recruitment, finance, technology, EdTech, and investments. Beyond business, Hemi is a global coach, keynote speaker, and bestselling author of Fire Your Boss. He also serves on the Board of Global Youth Mental Health Awareness Inc.
