Md Sharfuddin, an IT analyst and MBA graduate in Management Information Systems (MIS), has been awarded the prestigious Data Analytics Excellence Award–2025 at the Fourth International Conference on Recent Advances in Social Sciences and Humanities (CASH 4.0), held on 28–29 November 2025.
The award, jointly conferred by Eudoxia Research University, USA, and Eudoxia Research Centre, India, recognized his outstanding contribution to sustainable digital practices through data analytics.
Sharfuddin’s research focused on Management Information Systems-driven Green Marketing Intelligence, demonstrating how real-time analytics and data-supported marketing decisions can enhance sustainable consumer engagement.
His study emphasized that modern consumers increasingly prefer eco-friendly products and that MIS enables organizations to monitor sustainability preferences, digital awareness, and environmentally conscious communication.
Selected from numerous competitive global submissions, Sharfuddin’s work stood out for its originality, scientific merit and relevance to long-term sustainable business practices.
His research not only highlights innovative solutions for global businesses but also holds potential to support Bangladeshi industries in adopting MIS-based sustainability analytics, ethical marketing frameworks, and eco-conscious business practices aligned with national development goals.
CASH 4.0–2025 brought together participants from over ten countries, honouring only nine individuals across all award categories.
The award selection was conducted by an internationally renowned Central Organizing Committee, including academic leaders and institutional heads from the USA, Greece, and India.
Sharfuddin’s recognition underscores the growing global impact of research contributions from Bangladesh and highlights his dedication and leadership in advancing business analytics, sustainable digital transformation and environmentally responsible innovation.
