Navy official found dead in Ctg

A Bangladesh Navy official was found dead at Hathazari upazila of Chattogram on Monday morning.

The deceased was identified as Delwar Hossain, 29, son of Mohammad Miraj Mia, a resident of Matin Nagar Chikanchhara area under Baganbazar union of Fatikchhari upazila. He was working as a sailor in the Bangladesh Navy.

According to locals, they found Delwar lying unconscious with his motorcycle on the Chittagong-Hathazari road near Barodighi Par area of Chikandandi union and rescued him.
Later, locals took him to a private hospital, where the on-duty doctors declared him dead.

Confirming the incident, Raozan Highway Police Station officer-in-charge (OC) Muhammad Ullah said that the body has been sent to Chittagong Medical College Hospital (CMCH) Morgue for an autopsy.
