Not represent Hasina, ZI Khan unconditionally apologizes to tribunal

Lawyer ZI Khan Panna has apologized unconditionally to the International Crimea Tribunal (ICT), saying he will not represent Sheikh Hasina in two enforced disappearance cases.

He appeared before the ICT-1 at about 1:15PM on Wednesday and sought apology.

Meanwhile, the ICT appointed Amir Khasru as state defense for Sheikh Hasina.

Earlier, the tribunal appointed Panna as the state defense for Sheikh Hasina and other fugitives in the cases.
