Armed Forces chiefs visit Khaleda Zia at hospital

The chiefs of the Army, Navy and Air Force visited BNP Chairperson and former Prime Minister Khaleda Zia at Dhaka’s Evercare Hospital on Tuesday night, where she is undergoing treatment.

Army Chief General Waker-uz-Zaman arrived first, entering the hospital premises around 9 PM and leaving shortly afterward.

He was followed by Chief of Naval Staff Admiral M Nazmul Hassan, who also spent a brief time inside the hospital.
Air Chief Marshal Hasan Mahmood Khan, the Chief of Air Staff, visited last, completing the series of high-level visits to the ailing BNP leader.
