Tarique Rahman will return soon: Salahuddin

BNP standing committee member Salahuddin Ahmed has said that the party's Acting Chairman Tarique Rahman will return to the country soon.

He made the remark while speaking to reporters on Monday night.

Before that, a meeting of the BNP's national standing committee was held at the party chairperson's Gulshan office where Tarique Rahman joined virtually.

Responding to questions about the meeting's agenda, Salahuddin said it was a routine session.

''Tarique Rahman will return soon, InShaAllah,'' he said while asking about his return.
