IAB candidate at Kulaura hopeful of victroy

KULAURA, MOULVIBAZAR, Nov 25: A significant response has emerged in Kulaura Upazila of Moulvibazar District in support of the 'Hand Fan' symbol, according to Maulana Abdul Quddus, the MP candidate  from Islami Andolan Bangladesh (IAB).

The IAB District President and nominated candidate for the Moulvibazar-2 (Kulaura) constituency stated that he is optimistic, given the nationwide response to Islami Andolan, that voters will elect him under the 'Hand Fan' symbol in the upcoming election, allowing him to serve as a dedicated representative for Kulaura. He made these remarks as the chief guest at a meeting organized on Sunday afternoon to form the election management committee.

The meeting was attended by special guests, including the Convener of the IAB Moulvibazar District Election Management Committee, Maulana Abdul Mugni; District Vice-President Hafez Maulana Suleman Ahmed; District Secretary Dr Ibadur Rahman; and District Sramik Andolan Vice-President Haji Akmal Ali, alongside other upazila and union-level leaders.

Concluding the meeting, a 41-member election management committee was announced, with Maulana Fakhrul Islam as its Convener, Hafez Matiur Rahman as Joint Convener, Maulana Atiqur Rahman as Coordinator, and Hafez Nasir Uddin Munna as Joint Coordinator.

 Following this, party leaders and activists conducted a public outreach campaign in the town with the 'Hand Fan' candidate Maulana Abdul Quddus.
